Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RDL) is a reflexology technique that focuses on stimulating the corresponding lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The lymphatic system plays a key role in our body's immune system and through drainage we can reduce inflammation in the body. Conditions that this very gentle technique may benefit from include Lymphoedema, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Chronic Fatigue, hot flashes and headaches /migraines.
