DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AFTER YOUR TREATMENT TO FLUSH OUT TOXINS

It is advisable to avoid a heavy meal and alcohol after any Therapy session and to restrict caffeine, nicotine and other stimulants as this will allow your body to concentrate on it's natural healing, and encourage detoxification

Reactions are sometimes felt, both good and bad. Don't worry; this is just the process of the body ridding itself of toxins. You may feel relaxed and tired after a massage. Although its not always possible, try to take it easy for a while after a treatment to continue the relaxation process. Take care if you are driving or working.
